Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients, we operate by appointment. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We allow 1 1/4 hours for new consults and 45 minutes for recheck visits.

Please be courteous and kindly provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you.

 For the safety and comfort of all our patients and clients, we ask that animals be  on a leash or in pet carriers.

A fee may be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no shows.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,  cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
